Project Management Workshop Offered at HCCC

Herkimer, NY—Herkimer County Community College is offering a non-credit Project Management Workshop.

Concepts of Effective Project Management will discuss the fundamentals for effectively handling multiple projects and responsibilities. After completion of this workshop, participants will have a better understanding of project management concepts including how to create and implement a plan, monitor progress, adjust for unforeseen or unanticipated factors and delivering according to schedule. The workshop is one session on Thursday, November 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pre-registration is required by November 2. The fee is $94.
