Media and Music Day Planned

Herkimer, NY— Herkimer County Community College will hold a Media and Music Day on Friday, March 5 for prospective students interested in careers in radio, television, film, media and music.

The program begins at 10 a.m. in the Robert McLaughlin College Center and runs until approximately 1 p.m. The program is designed to provide high school juniors and seniors with information about the various options offered at HCCC which include associate degree programs in Radio-Television Broadcasting, Communication Arts: New Media, Music Industry and Digital Filmmaking. Participants will have the opportunity to meet with faculty and tour the College’s broadcast and music facilities.

HCCC Board of Trustees to Meet

Herkimer, NY— The Herkimer County Community College Board of Trustees Finance, Facilities and Audit Committee will meet on Thursday, July 29, 2010 at 5:00 pm in the Robert McLaughlin College Center, room 295. A special meeting of the Board of Trustees will follow beginning at 6:30 pm in room 295.
