Herkimer Woman Arrested for Marijuana Possession

(Athens, NY – January 26, 2010) On 1/25/10 at 10PM, New York State Police, Troop T, SP Albany, arrested Delorah Esty, age 20 of Herkimer, NY, for Criminal Possession of Marihuana 5th, after a traffic stop on the Thruway in the Town of Athens, Greene County, NY.

Esty was a passenger in a car that was stopped for speeding and found to be in possession of 55 grams of marihuana.

She was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Athens Court.
