(Herkimer, NY) Herkimer County Community College announces upcoming Community Education health and fitness programming.
Cardio-Sculpt is a cardio-step and compound weight training class. The class consists of two-minute interval circuits of step and strength. The last 15 minutes are abs and stretching. Section A is six sessions on Monday evenings from 6 to 7 p.m. beginning on January 11. The fee is $54.
Serious Strength is a compound weight training class with an emphasis on strength and fitness. The class is six sessions on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7 p.m. beginning on January 6. The fee is $54.00.
Pilates is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises. The goal of Pilates is to balance one’s body, improve circulation, reduce stress, improve endurance, look better and feel great. Section A is six sessions on Thursday afternoons from 12:30 to 1:15 p.m. beginning on January 7. Section B is six sessions on Monday afternoons from 12:15 to 1 p.m. beginning on January 11. The fee is $39 per section.
Yoga means union – union of the mind, body and spirit. Beginner to Intermediate Yoga, Section A is six sessions on Tuesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. beginning on January 5. The fee is $65. Gentle Yoga, Section A is six sessions on Thursday evenings from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. beginning on January 7. The fee is $65. Intermediate Yoga, Section A is six sessions on Thursday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. beginning on January 7. The fee is $65.
