Herbal Workshop Offered

Herkimer, NY—Herkimer County Community College is offering a non-credit herbal workshop.

Preparations and Kitchen Herbs will provide participants with recipes for making salves, creams, teas and tinctures. The traditional and medicinal purposes of herbs will be discussed. Participants will also learn how to use herbs in cooking. The workshop will be held on Thursday, November 12 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pre-registration is required by November 9. The fee for the workshop is $19.

Herkimer, NY— The Herkimer County Community College Board of Trustees Finance, Facilities and Audit Committee will meet on Thursday, July 29, 2010 at 5:00 pm in the Robert McLaughlin College Center, room 295. A special meeting of the Board of Trustees will follow beginning at 6:30 pm in room 295.
