Recently, students from Alana Connelly’s classes had the opportunity to listen to Melissa Pine, Human Resource Manager for Hummel’s Office Plus talk about “Employer Expectations Once You Are Hired.”

Pine covered various topics including: dressing appropriately, speaking professionally, knowing what your job is, and asking how you are doing. The second half of the presentation included a Mock Interview session where she interviewed a good candidate for employment and a bad candidate for employment; these roles were played by Karen Kelleher and Peggy Metot from Pinnacle Employment Services, a division of Human Technologies Corporation.
